If for any reason you're not happy with your outdoor furniture, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchange policy.* To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Should the item have been delivered once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy guidelines. If it does, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
